Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, could you confirm:
- When you go to https://account.microsoft.com/profile, do you see the “Edit date of birth” option or is it locked?
- Do you see any message like “parental consent required” or “this account is part of a family”?
- Are you currently linked to a Microsoft Family (parent/guardian) account (even if you didn’t add it yourself)?
