Progress Stuck at 89% Despite Completing All Modules

Hello Support Team,

I have completed all modules in the "Students - Get the Job" playlist for AI Skills Fest 2026. Every module shows a check mark/tick mark indicating completion, but my overall progress is still showing 89%.

To troubleshoot, I have already:

  • Used Incognito/Private mode
  • Disabled ad blockers and browser extensions

Cleared browser cache and cookies

Logged out and logged back in

Refreshed the page multiple times

Despite these steps, the progress has not updated to 100%.

Since the deadline is June 12, I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring my completion is properly recorded.

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Babli

Progress in Microsoft Learn-based events and playlists can sometimes lag behind actual module completion or behave unexpectedly, even when all items show as completed.

From the available information, there is no documented self-service fix beyond the browser steps already tried (private window, clearing cache/cookies, different browser). In similar event scenarios (for example, AI Skills Fest playlists and other Learn-based challenges), issues with playlist progress and voucher eligibility have been resolved either by:

    1. Waiting for backend synchronization
      • Progress and challenge status can take some time to update across Microsoft Learn and event platforms.
      • In previous events, users have reported that registration/progress issues resolved themselves after some time without additional action.
    2. Ensuring the correct, predefined playlist is used
      • For AI Skills Fest-related rewards, eligibility has depended on completing a predefined playlist rather than a manually created one in AI Skills Navigator.
      • Verify that the playlist being completed is the official “Students – Get the Job” playlist surfaced under the event’s Skilling playlists section, not a custom playlist.
    3. Contacting official support when progress remains incorrect
      • When credentials or event-related progress do not appear correctly, the documented escalation path is to contact Microsoft Credentials/Learn support so they can review the account and event configuration.
      • Use the support options linked from the Learn and credentials help pages (for example, Microsoft Credentials Support for missing or incorrect Learn-based achievements) and include:
        • The email address used for AI Skills Fest/AI Skills Navigator
        • Event name (AI Skills Fest 2026)
        • Playlist name (“Students – Get the Job”)
        • Screenshots showing 100% completion inside the playlist player and the 89% bar on the event page

Given that all standard browser troubleshooting has already been completed and the playlist appears to be the official one, the next step is to allow some time for synchronization and, if the percentage does not update, open a support request through the Microsoft Learn/Credentials support channel so the event team can manually verify completion and ensure eligibility.
