Question

need live chat with MS. have been trying for three days to get help with onedrive folders. I have requested several chats but nothing comes of it. HELP ASAP

I have used that several times for three days and nothing. I do not have option for live chat or call back, it used to be there but it is gone. HOW DO WE GET SUPPORT?

Use the official Microsoft support channels to reach a live agent for OneDrive:

1. Try the Get Help / Contact Support flow
   • Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
   • Enter a brief description such as “OneDrive folders issue – need live agent” and select Get Help.
   • When the automated suggestions appear, scroll down and choose Contact Support.
   • Select the appropriate product (for home use, choose Microsoft 365/Office or OneDrive) and follow the prompts to start chat with a support agent or select Call me back.
2. If chat shows as unavailable or you hit a daily limit
   • Try again during normal business hours for your region; chat support operates only at certain times.
   • If chat is still unavailable, use the Call me back option where offered and provide a phone number so support can call.
3. Alternative support options
   • For general Microsoft 365 for home issues, use the Get Help app on Windows or browser and follow the same Contact support path described above.
   • For community-based help with OneDrive folders, use the OneDrive Tech Community and Microsoft Community forums linked from the OneDrive help pages.

If the issue is urgent and online chat is repeatedly unavailable, retry at a different time of day and use the phone callback option where possible.
