    Dear @Yerandy Herrera,

I understand how frustrating it is to be locked out of your account, especially when you are trying to manage a trial subscription and avoid unwanted charges.

Because Microsoft 365 Business and Individual (Personal/Family) subscriptions run on completely different account systems, you cannot directly "convert" or upgrade a Business trial into an Individual subscription. You must cancel the Business trial and purchase the Individual plan separately.

Since you cannot log in to cancel it, please follow these immediate steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Recover Your Business Login Credentials

Microsoft 365 Business trials do not use your personal email (like @gmail.com or @outlook.com) for logging in. They require the initial admin account created during signup.

    • Look for your original signup confirmation email to find your initial admin username. It typically looks like ******@yourbusiness.onmicrosoft.com.
    • Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and attempt to sign in with that .onmicrosoft.com account. If you forgot the password, use the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) link on the sign-in page.

    Step 2: Cancel the Trial

Once you successfully log in to the Admin Center:

    1. Go to Billing > Your products.
    2. Find your trial subscription and select Cancel subscription.

If you are entirely blocked from logging in or the password reset fails, you must contact the Microsoft Business Billing Support team directly by phone. They are the only ones who can verify your identity and manually cancel the trial to prevent charges. You can find the specific support phone number for your country or region in the official Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Once the business trial is handled, you can safely purchase and set up your preferred individual plan by visiting the Compare Microsoft 365 Plans & Pricing (Formerly Office 365) - Microsoft Store

Please let me know if you encounter a specific error message while trying to log in, and I will be glad to assist you further.
