I would like to first clarify that this is a user-to-user support forum, and we are not Microsoft support. Moderators here do not have backend access and cannot directly intervene in Microsoft products or perform escalations. We can only provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations based on reported issues.

Hi @Pearse McGrath Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are trying to log in to retrieve a copy of an invoice, but you are unable to do so because the verification code is not appearing on your authenticator app.

To help you troubleshoot and resolve this issue as quickly as possible, could you please provide a bit more context?

What type of account are you using? Is it a personal account (such as hotmail.com or outlook.com) or a work or school account?

Do you have other verification methods? Besides the Microsoft Authenticator app, have you set up any additional options, such as receiving a verification code via email or mobile phone?

A quick tip you can try right now: > If you do have another verification method configured, please click on the "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" link when the sign-in prompt appears. From there, you can select one of your alternative methods to confirm your identity and log in.

If Microsoft Authenticator is your only verification method:

    -For personal accounts

Step 1: Sign in to the Contact - Microsoft Support using a second Microsoft account

Step 2: Describe your issue and select "Get Help", for example: User's image

Step 3: Choose the “Contact Support” option

Step 4: Select the category that best matches your situation.  User's image

Step 5: Choose an available support plan

    -For work or school accounts

Please reach out to your organization’s IT administrator. They can help you re-register MFA for the affected account. For reference, they may review: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |…

Please note that this forum does not directly support sign‑in issues. With that in mind, please review the information above carefully and identify which option best fits your situation.

I hope this information helps you move forward. If you have any updates or additional questions, please feel free to share.
