Hi Team,
I'm trying to schedule Microsoft GH200 certification exam but when I submit the order it says that the certification exam is not permitted to my account. When I check with pearson vue support team they have confirmed there are some blocks. Could you please allow me to schedule my exam as early as possible

Blocks on a Pearson VUE account cannot be removed through the Microsoft Q&A forum or documentation channels and must be resolved directly with Pearson VUE support.

The “exam not permitted to your account” or generic “unexpected error” during scheduling is commonly associated with a Pearson VUE–side block (for example, after failed payment attempts). In the similar cases documented, the resolution was:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE support directly and request that they check for and remove any account-wide blocks (often surfaced as ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK).
    2. After Pearson VUE confirms the block is lifted, return to the Microsoft Learn certification page for GH200 and schedule again via the normal flow:
      • From the certification or exam details page, select Schedule with Pearson VUE.
      • Sign in with the Microsoft account tied to the certification profile.
      • Confirm legal name and required contact details, then proceed to Pearson VUE to complete scheduling.

If the issue persists after Pearson VUE confirms the account is unblocked, open a case with Microsoft Credentials support so a moderator can review the certification profile and scheduling link:

Only Pearson VUE can remove Pearson VUE–side blocks; Microsoft support can assist only after Pearson VUE confirms that no block remains on the testing account.
