How to get my Microsoft badge for the trainings I have completed recently

Microsoft badges are issued only for certain achievements, and how to get them depends on what kind of training was completed.

1. For Microsoft Learn online training (self-paced modules and learning paths)
   • Completing standard Microsoft Learn modules and learning paths gives badges and trophies inside Microsoft Learn, not external certification badges.
   • To see these:
     1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile page and sign in.
     2. Select Achievements on the left to view all Microsoft Learn badges, trophies, and XP.
   • These are not the same as Microsoft Certification or Credly badges and do not generate separate downloadable certificates.
2. For Microsoft certifications and Applied Skills
   • Certifications and Applied Skills credentials are visible under Credentials in the Microsoft Learn profile:
     1. Go to the Learn profile page and sign in.
     2. Select Credentials → Certifications or Applied Skills.
     3. Open a credential and look for sharing options (for “Online Verifiable” credentials) to share on LinkedIn or other platforms.
   • If a Microsoft certification exam was passed, a Microsoft certification badge is issued and can be shared from the credential details.
3. For Credly / digital badges (for eligible certifications or Viva badges)
   • Many Microsoft certifications and some programs (for example, Viva Glint) issue a Credly digital badge:
     1. Look for an email from ******@credly.com or from Credly/Acclaim sent to the email address used for the training or certification.
     2. If the email cannot be found, go to the Acclaim/Credly platform site and create an account using the same email address that Microsoft has on file.
     3. After signing in, accept the pending Microsoft badge in the Credly account.
   • Once accepted, the badge can be shared to LinkedIn and other social networks from Credly.
4. If the training was an instructor-led course
   • Official instructor-led courses can provide a course achievement badge via an achievement code given by the instructor.
   • Redeem that code in Microsoft Learn to claim the course completion badge.
5. If a certification badge or course badge is missing
   • First, verify in the Learn profile under Credentials and Achievements that the training or exam completion is recorded.
   • If a certification or badge that should be there is missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support (as indicated in the certification support guidance in the context) so they can check the account and issue history.
