Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To insert or edit a hyperlink in Excel:

Right-click on a cell in Excel, then press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + K.

Click Existing File or Web Page, paste the correct link into the Address field.

If the link returns an error, the page may have been removed. In this case, you can copy and paste the link directly into a web browser to verify it.
