    Hello,

You can only check a PSC code if you still have the physical card or voucher.

PSC (prepaid or gift card codes) are one‑time vouchers. Once a code is redeemed on your PC, the digits are not stored anywhere on the device and cannot be viewed again.

If the balance was already used, the code becomes invalid.

Some PSC types also have expiration periods, so even if the code were visible, it might no longer be usable.

The only things you can review afterward are the account balance or purchase history in the service where you redeemed the code.

The original code itself cannot be recovered unless you still have the physical card.

Previously used PSC (prepaid) codes or gift card codes cannot be viewed in full once redeemed. After a code is redeemed to a Microsoft account, it is converted into account balance or a subscription/license, and only the resulting balance, purchases, or subscriptions can be checked—not the original code digits.

To see what redeemed codes were used for, check:

    1. Microsoft account order history at account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to see completed or redeemed charges.
    2. Microsoft account balance usage and purchases from Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, as described in the order history and balance guidance.

If a physical PSC/gift card or code is damaged or partially unreadable and has not yet been redeemed, and there is valid proof of purchase, Microsoft Support may be able to help replace or otherwise assist with the code. In that case, contact Microsoft Support directly for billing/code assistance.
