Thank you for all the details and for answering the questions! Don't worry about the language.

Your minidump file is pointing to an AMD driver. I saw in the image that you have an AMD processor, but it doesn't have integrated graphics. Do you have an AMD or Nvidia graphics card?

    1. Press WINDOWS + X > Maximize the window > Select Task Manager > Click the Performance tab > Click GPU > Take a Screenshot of the Window.

    Hi

Here’s the screenshot you asked for. I tried to find the MEMORY.DMP file afterward, but I couldn’t locate it. That’s why I sent you a screenshot of my Windows folder—to make sure I didn’t make a mistake by accident.
Here you will find the file that was here in "Minidump" folder.

Next, to answer your first question, my screen goes black and freezes, and then I have to shut down the computer.

To answer the second question, no, I haven’t replaced anything on my PC.

Sorry for starting in French. My bad.

    Hi!

Please note that you are in an English forum, but your topic is in French. I will translate my answer for better understanding, but it may contain translation errors. Please open File Explorer > This PC > Local Disk C (or a disk that has the Windows symbol) > Windows folder > Locate the MEMORY.DMP file and upload it if it is not too large. Also upload the files inside the minidumps folder, if any.

    • Also press WINDOWS + R > Type "msinfo32" > In System Summary, send me a screenshot.

    Also answer these questions:

    1. What exactly happens to your computer? Does a blue or black screen appear informing you that your computer has encountered an error, or does it freeze completely and you need to force a shutdown?
    2. Did the problem occur after replacing any computer parts, such as the processor?

Your event log indicates some problems with AMDRyzenMasterDriverV31, which may be one of the causes, but I need more details to help.
