One Note Issues

I have One Note on my Android and I've been using it for 15 years and it was created using my personal email. The One Note on my phone is tied to a previous work email from 2022 not by my doing. I found this out because my laptop was just factory reset and I had to reinstall all of my software but I am unable to add One Note with my personal email. So when I went to my phone to find the account setting I found the account under my work email. Meanwhile on my desktop I am unable to access my microsoft account because it wants to default to my current employer's work email. At one point it did show the two folders in the phone One Note but when I tried to access it, it failed. My question is how do I transfer the content from my old work email to my personal email on my phone and how do I get One Note on my laptop under my personal email?

    To better understand your scenario, could you please provide a bit more information? 

    -Are you able to sign in to OneNote on the web using your personal email account? 

    -Do you still have access to your old work email account from 2022? 

    -When you tried to add your personal Microsoft account to OneNote on your laptop, did you receive any specific error message? 

    -When you tried to open the notebook on your phone and it failed, did you receive any specific error message? 

    Additionally, could you share screenshots of any error messages you encounter, as well as the accounts currently listed in OneNote on your Android device? If so, please send it via private message to help avoid exposing any personal or organizational information.
