Code from a Microsoft purschase does not work

I played a game on Coca-Cola site that i won and picked a prize 1965 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta edition i did everything right purchase was complete and i got code witch doesnt work for Steam i even got the order number witch is 5380855528 , i would love if this can be solved.
