For Microsoft 365 consumer subscriptions (Personal/Family), subscriptions cannot be transferred from one Microsoft account (email) to another. Subscriptions and their remaining time are permanently tied to the Microsoft account used to purchase/redeem them.

To use a different email account, the practical options are:

1. Let the current subscription expire on the old account, then purchase a new Microsoft 365 subscription on the new email account.
2. If the goal is only to change the sign-in email and not move existing purchases/data, consider adding an alias or changing account details on the same Microsoft account instead of moving the subscription. (Account alias changes do not move the subscription to a different, separate account.)

Subscriptions, data, and purchases cannot be merged or moved between different Microsoft accounts.
