Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi Kate Stuppy,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand that you are currently not receiving emails from ******@kickstarter.com, even though you have added this address to your contacts.
Please note that adding an email address to your contacts may not be enough to ensure that emails are always delivered to your Inbox. Kindly try checking the following steps:
- Go to Outlook.com > Settings > Mail > Junk email.
- Check whether ******@kickstarter.com or kickstarter.com is listed under Blocked senders and domains. If yes, please remove it from the list.
- Add ******@kickstarter.com and kickstarter.com to Safe senders and domains, then select Save.
- Please also check the Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, and Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled. In addition, review Rules, Sweep, and Forwarding settings to make sure the email is not being moved or deleted automatically.
If you still do not receive the email after checking the above items, please contact Kickstarter and ask whether they received any bounce-back message when sending emails to your address. Some automated emails may also be sent from a different address or subdomain, not only from the visible “From” address.
If the email does not appear in any folder in your mailbox after checking the steps above, please let me know so I can guide you with the next steps.
