Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to inquire about how to check my exam scores. I have successfully passed three certification exams, and I would like to review the detailed score reports for each exam.

Could you please guide me on how I can access this information?

To review detailed score reports for Microsoft certification exams, use the Microsoft Learn profile and the exam provider’s site.

Sign in to Microsoft Learn
- Go to the Learn profile Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
- Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule and take the exams.
Open the Past exams section
- In the profile menu, select Credentials, then Certifications.
- Scroll down to the Past exams section.
- Locate each of the exams that were passed.
View the detailed score report via Pearson VUE
- For each exam, select View details on provider site.
- This opens the exam provider’s (Pearson VUE) dashboard.
- On the Pearson VUE dashboard, find the exam and select View to open the score report.
- The score report shows:
  - Numeric score
  - Pass/fail status
  - Bar chart of performance by skill area
  - Guidance on interpreting the results
Alternate path directly from Pearson VUE
- From any Microsoft certification exam details page (via Browse Credentials | Microsoft Learn), follow the steps to schedule an exam until redirected to Pearson VUE.
- Provide the requested personal details (address, phone, contact email) if prompted.
- After redirection to the Pearson VUE dashboard, select the Pearson VUE home icon and then View Score Report to see available score reports for completed exams.
Timing considerations
- For most exams, results and score reports are available within minutes, and should appear in the Learn profile within 24 hours.
- Exams with labs may take about 30 minutes to score.
- For Certiport-delivered exams (students/educators), results are shown immediately at the end of the exam and are available in the Learn profile or Certiport dashboard within 24 hours.

If any exam or score report is missing after these steps, contact Microsoft Credentials support as indicated in the certification and exam support guidance.
