After passing AZ-900, the certificate is accessed and downloaded through the Microsoft Learn / Certification Dashboard, not from Pearson VUE directly.
Follow these steps to locate and download the certificate:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn
- Go to Microsoft Learn and sign in with the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the AZ-900 exam.
- Open the Certifications area
- Select the profile icon in the top-right corner → Profile.
- Go to Credentials → Certifications.
- AZ-900 should appear under your certifications if the exam result is correctly associated with this account.
- Open the Certification Dashboard and download the certificate
- From the Certifications view, open your Certification Dashboard (for example, via any “View certification details”/dashboard entry shown there).
- In the Certificates section, select View Certificates.
- Select the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certificate and use the download/print option to save or print it.
If the certificate or exam does not appear under this account (for example, if the exam was taken with a different email or there is an account-linking issue), contact the dedicated credentials support team:
- Go to the credentials support portal at the link provided in the context.
- Sign in with the account used for the exam.
- Complete and save your contact details.
- Open the same link again; it will preselect Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
- Submit a support request describing that AZ-900 was passed on 9 April with a score of 900 but the certificate is missing from the dashboard.
The Microsoft Credentials Support team can check exam history, fix account-link issues, and enable access to the missing certificate.
