Getting a different output form in Visual Studio 2019

I'm getting an output from my builds that is different than what I'm used to seeing. I'm thinking I must have accidentally changed a setting somewhere.

This is what my output used to look like:

    Have you modified some settings of Visual Studio? You can use the /ResetSettings command to start Visual Studio. You can also refer to the warning level
