In Power BI Desktop, copy the visuals from the page in the first report and paste them into a page in the second report.

    1. Open the source Power BI Desktop report (.pbix) and go to the page to reuse.
    2. Select the visuals on that page:
      • To copy one visual: click the visual.
      • To copy all visuals on the page: press Ctrl+A while the canvas is active.
    3. Press Ctrl+C to copy the selected visual(s).
    4. Open the destination Power BI Desktop report (.pbix).
    5. Go to an existing page (or add a new page) where the visuals should appear.
    6. Press Ctrl+V to paste.

All explicitly set formatting and settings on the visuals are carried over. If the destination report’s data model doesn’t contain some of the fields used by the copied visuals, those visuals show an error indicating which fields are missing.

Note: Power BI copies visuals, not the page object itself; recreating the page layout in the target report is done by pasting the visuals onto a page there.
