Just to clarify, are these Outlook.com/Hotmail email accounts, or are they email addresses provided by a different company?
When you say they have "expired," where are you seeing that message? Is it in Outlook, on the web, or in a mail app?
Renewing a Microsoft 365 subscription does not normally reactivate or deactivate Outlook.com email accounts. Those accounts should remain active even if a subscription expires.
Also, when you try to sign in, are you entering the full email address at https://account.microsoft.com and what exact message do you receive? A screenshot of the error (with personal information hidden) may help.
