Subscription expired

I currently have 2 Outlook emails and both tell me they have expired and to reactivate. I have tried going into Microsoft but when I enter the email addresses it says they have no accounts for the addresses.

I have just renewed my Microsoft subscription. Would this have anything to do with it?

How do I reactivate my email accounts?
