What Microsoft plan am I on, i work for a company and there should be lots of us on this plan?

Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand it better.

• When you say "plan," do you mean you'd like to check which subscription is attached to your account? If so, you can check this yourself by signing in at https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmonywith your work account (@yourcompany.com, or something like @yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com), then going to Subscriptions.
• This will show the exact plan assigned to you, such as Business Basic, Business Standard, or Microsoft 365 Apps for business.
• Is this question coming up because something stopped working, or are you simply trying to confirm your plan?
• Do you have admin access to the Microsoft 365 admin center? If not, would you be able to check with your company's IT admin, who can view the full subscription and assigned licenses?
