I understand that your watchlists were previously reappearing after signing out and back in, but now you're only seeing a "Whoops" message and the watchlist will not load at all.
Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, please let me know:
- Which browser you're using.
- Whether the issue occurs in an InPrivate/Incognito window.
- Whether the same Microsoft account can access the watchlist from another device.
This information will help narrow down whether the issue is related to the local app/browser or the watchlist service itself.
Also, could you confirm whether the same issue occurs when you access your watchlist from a different web browser (for example, Edge InPrivate mode or Chrome) while signed in to the same Microsoft account?
In the meantime, if you're using the MSN Money app on Windows 11, please try:
- Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
- Find MSN Money.
- Select Advanced options.
- Choose Repair first. If the issue persists, choose Reset.
