    Hi Dan Kane,

I understand that your watchlists were previously reappearing after signing out and back in, but now you're only seeing a "Whoops" message and the watchlist will not load at all.

Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, please let me know:

    • Which browser you're using.
    • Whether the issue occurs in an InPrivate/Incognito window.
    • Whether the same Microsoft account can access the watchlist from another device.

This information will help narrow down whether the issue is related to the local app/browser or the watchlist service itself.

Also, could you confirm whether the same issue occurs when you access your watchlist from a different web browser (for example, Edge InPrivate mode or Chrome) while signed in to the same Microsoft account?

In the meantime, if you're using the MSN Money app on Windows 11, please try:

    1. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    2. Find MSN Money.
    3. Select Advanced options.
    4. Choose Repair first. If the issue persists, choose Reset.

The behavior matches issues with MSN Money watchlists rather than a Windows 11 problem itself.

To get the watchlist back and stable, use a desktop browser (or the Windows app) and manage it directly in MSN Money:

    1. Go to msn.com/money or open the MSN Money app on Windows.
    2. At the top menu, select My Watchlist.
    3. If the watchlist loads, verify and tidy it:
      • To add back missing stocks or companies:
        1. Use the Search stocks, ETFs & more search bar.
        2. Hover over the company name and select the + button to add it to the Watchlist, or select the company and choose Follow.
      • To reorder items:
        1. Select Manage.
        2. Select Reorder.
        3. Drag items up or down and select Save.
      • To move or copy items to another watchlist:
        1. Select the stock.
        2. Select Follow or Following.
        3. Choose the watchlists it belongs to or select + New Watchlist.
      • To remove items that might be causing confusion:
        1. In My Watchlist, find the stock.
        2. Select the x (remove) button.

If the watchlist still shows only the “Whoops” error and never loads, manage it from another device (for example, iOS or Android) to confirm whether the list itself is intact:

    • On iOS or Android MSN Money:
      1. Open the app and go to Watchlist from the top menu bar.
      2. Use Search stocks, ETFs & more and tap the + button or Add to Watchlist to ensure items are present.
      3. If items appear on mobile but not on Windows, use a desktop browser to manage additional watchlists, as mobile can only add to the main watchlist.

If the watchlist intermittently appears and disappears, keep using the desktop site/app to verify the contents and avoid relying solely on cached or partial views.
