    Dear @Shree

Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand your concern regarding the unexpected increase in charges.

Based on the behavior you described, as this involves billing impact, I strongly recommend you check in the Azure portal again.

First, please sign in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com using your Azure account. Once signed in, you can view your subscriptions by searching for “Subscriptions” in the top search bar and selecting it. This will display all subscriptions associated with your account, including their status and details. For reference, please refer to Filter and view Azure subscriptions

Or you can access your invoices and billing information, search or look for “Cost Management + Billing” in the portal. Please note that you will need appropriate permissions to access this information. You can cancel your Azure subscription in the Azure portal if you no longer need it. For reference, please refer to Cancel and delete your Azure subscription

If you need to review usage or charges in more detail, you can go to Cost Management + Billing > Cost management > report + analysis > the “Cost analysis” feature, which allows you to explore spending by subscription, service, or time period. For reference: Quickstart: Start using Cost Analysis

In case you need assistance or want to raise a support request, you can do so directly within the Azure portal > Click on “Help + support” and then select “Create a support request.” Follow the prompts to choose the issue type (such as billing, subscription, or technical), provide relevant details, and submit your request. For reference, please refer to Create an Azure support request

Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, my role is to provide general guidance and troubleshooting support. I don’t have access to internal systems or backend tools, and I appreciate your understanding of these limits.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward for your reply.
