Connection Reset issue

I keep trying to go onto youtube using my microsoft edge browser but it keeps coming up with the same issue and its only youtube that does this can anyone help?

• Please try to update your Microsoft Edge browser

Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Help and Feedback > About Microsoft Edge

• Clear cache and cookies

Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Settings

Select Privacy, search, and services > Under Clear browsing history

Click Choose what to clear

Select your preferred Time Range and items to clear

Click Clear Now

• Disable or Uninstall Edge extensions

Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Extensions

Please check if one of your extensions is causing the issue

• Disable Hardware acceleration

Open Edge then click 3 dots

Select Settings > System and Performance

Toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Restart your browser

Try these steps in Edge on Windows 11:

1. In the address bar, go to:

      edge://flags
   

2. In the search box on the flags page, type:
   • Device Bound Session Credentials and set it to Disabled.
   • 1.3 Post-Quantum Key Agreement and set it to Disabled (search for TLS if needed).
3. Restart Microsoft Edge when prompted.
4. Try opening YouTube again.
