An application or feature powered by Windows Copilot to assist users with tasks and productivity
Hi Douglas G. Kulp,
In addition to the suggestions already provided, I'd also recommend reviewing the Windows settings to see whether a recent Copilot or keyboard shortcut configuration change may be contributing to the behavior.
On Windows 10, open Settings > Apps > Startup and check whether the Copilot app is configured to start automatically. If it is, try temporarily disabling it, restart your PC and then test Ctrl + Shift + C in AutoCAD again. If the shortcut works normally afterward, this would help confirm that the conflict is related to the Copilot app running in the background.
You may also want to open the Copilot app and review any available Keyboard Shortcuts or Quick View settings to see whether Ctrl + Shift + C has been assigned as a shortcut. If so, try changing it to a different key combination or disabling it and test again.
If the issue continues, could you let me know:
- Which Copilot application you are using (Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot)?
- Did the behavior start after a recent Windows update or Copilot app update?
This information may help determine whether the shortcut conflict is caused by a recent feature rollout or an application-specific setting. I hope this helps and I look forward to your update.
