Hi @Persaud, Soniya,
In modern SharePoint lists or document libraries, the funnel icon is the filter pane icon. If you do not see it immediately, you can also create a filter from a column header.
Please try the steps below:
- Open the SharePoint list or document library.
- Point to the column you want to filter.
- Select the small down arrow beside the column name.
- Select Filter by.
-
- Choose the value you want to filter by, then select Apply. After a filter is applied, the column header shows a filter icon to indicate that column is being used for filtering.
If you want to keep this filtered result as a reusable view, open the current view menu and select Save view as, then give the view a name.
If you are looking specifically for the funnel icon, it may appear as Open the filter pane icon in the list or library interface.
Note: if the option to save or create a view is not available, please check whether you are currently editing the list, whether any items are selected, or whether you have enough permission to create or save views. View options may not appear in those situations.
I hope this helps clarify where the filter option is located and how to save it as a reusable view.
