Error Details: Message: We're unable to sign you in with this account

Error Code: 41102

MS-CorrelationId: [Moderator note: personal info removed]

Description of the issue: I cannot log into the Microsoft 365 Developer Program portal.

This account was automatically blocked after my E5 sandbox subscription expired in 2024 without any manual violation on my part. I am an independent indie game developer. This tenant was exclusively used to store game development test projects, and I never used the sandbox as mass cloud storage. All my development work is verifiable.

You can inspect my GitHub open-source projects and cloud drive file records to confirm that this account was only used for legitimate software development and fully complied with the Developer Program terms of service. I started trying to log in and migrate my project files since early 2025, but I kept getting stuck with error 41102. I have tested incognito browsers, multiple devices and different networks. The restriction is purely a backend automatic block instead of a local device problem.

My only request: Please lift this temporary restriction for a short time. I only need permission to sign in and export my game project data. I have no plan to renew the E5 subscription. Kindly conduct a manual account review and help me unblock the login access. Thank you very much for your support.

Hi 家强 杨

Please note that we are not Microsoft support, and this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, do not have backend access and are not able to directly intervene in Microsoft products or features. Our role is to provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations based on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Thank you for sharing the details.

Based on what you shared, the Microsoft 365 Developer subscription had already expired in 2024, and the available period to back up data has now passed, as mentioned in the following reference: Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ | Microsoft Learn

As a result, your request to access the sandbox environment for data backup can no longer be processed, since the data would have been deleted after the retention period.

I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding. I hope this provides additional insight.
