A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
You can find your saved Microsoft Forms by going to forms.office.com and signing in with the same Microsoft account you used to create them.
Once you’re in, take a look at a few key sections:
- My forms / All My Forms: forms you created yourself.
- Shared with me: forms shared with you by others.
- My groups: forms created under a Microsoft 365 Group or Team.
Note: If you still don’t see your form, the most common reason is being signed in with the wrong account. Forms are tied to the specific work or school account that created them, so it’s worth double-checking that you’re logged into the correct one.
Hopefully this helps you track it down quickly. If you have any updates, please leave a comment under this post. This is the best way for me to receive notifications and follow up with you promptly.
Thank you for taking time.
