This means the product has not been activated, so features such as editing and saving files are limited. In this case, please try these steps below and check if it works:
1.Sign out and sign back in
- Open Excel > go to File > Account
- Click Sign out, then close Excel
- Reopen Excel and sign in using the account that has the Microsoft 365 license
2.Check your subscription status
- Ensure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is active
- If you are using a work account, please contact your IT administrator to confirm that a license has been assigned to your account
3.Check your internet connection
- The message “Can’t display online services” may indicate a temporary connection or server issue
- Please ensure your device is connected to the internet and try again
4.Repair Office
- Close all Office apps
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps
- Select Microsoft Office > click Modify > choose Online Repair and follow the prompts

As a temporary workaround, you may use Excel on the web to continue your work while troubleshooting.
