Blue tooth steup installs from exe. then once driver gets installed, windows shuts it down with a code 19 or a code 10.

Perform a Clean Device Re-Scan

--> Open Device Manager

--> Look through the list for Bluetooth (or it may be under Other Devices or Universal Serial Bus controllers marked with a yellow exclamation point icon).

--> Right-click the broken Bluetooth adapter device and select Uninstall device

--> Restart your Device
