Hi abdul turay,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand why this message may be concerning. However, the notification does not mean that Secure Boot is disabled or that your device is currently unsafe.
This message may indicate that Secure Boot is enabled and functioning, but your device's current hardware or firmware does not support the automated process used to install the newer Secure Boot certificates. In many cases, this is often related to a firmware (UEFI/BIOS) limitation rather than an issue with Windows itself.
As a first step, please ensure that Windows is fully up to date and check your device manufacturer's support website for any available BIOS/UEFI or firmware updates for your specific model. Firmware updates may include improvements that allow the Secure Boot certificate updates to be applied successfully.
If your device is already running the latest firmware and the message still appears, you may need to contact the device manufacturer to confirm whether your model supports the newer Secure Boot certificate updates. Unfortunately, Windows cannot add firmware support when it is not provided by the manufacturer.
To help me better understand your situation, could you please share your device make and model, along with a screenshot of the message if possible? I'll be happy to review the information and provide further guidance.
