A collaborative workspace app in Microsoft 365 designed to help teams co-create, stay organized, and work together in real time across apps and devices.
Dear @BrownLi,
I understand that you would like action items created in separate meetings (via Facilitator/Collaborative Notes/Loop task lists) to automatically roll up into a single project task list in Planner.
At present, this is not supported natively. Each Loop task list or meeting task list creates and syncs with its own Planner plan (roster plan) rather than feeding tasks into an existing Planner plan.
What you can do today:
- View assigned tasks in Planner ("My Tasks") or Microsoft To Do, where tasks assigned to you from multiple Loop task lists are aggregated into a single personal view.
- Embed an existing Planner plan in a Loop workspace/page and manage project tasks there, rather than creating separate meeting task lists. This helps keep project actions centralized.
- If you need meeting actions to automatically flow into one master project plan, you will need a custom Power Automate solution. There is currently no built-in setting that directs Loop meeting tasks into an existing Planner plan.
