Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Sandy,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand how frustrating it can be when important emails are moved to the Junk Email folder, especially if they are from people already in your contacts.
Please try adding the sender directly to the Safe senders and domains list in new Outlook:
- Open Settings > Mail > Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender.
- Enter the sender’s full email address, then select Save.
- Also check Blocked senders and domains to make sure the sender is not listed there.
After that, open the message in the Junk Email folder and use Not Junk / Mark as not junk if the option is available.
You may also check Outlook on the web to confirm whether the emails appear correctly there.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
