    Dear @Robert Abboud,

Based on the issue message, the DNS verification has succeeded. However, Microsoft 365 cannot add ***.com.au to your current tenant because the domain is already associated with another Microsoft 365 organization: ***.onmicrosoft.com. A custom domain can only be verified in one Microsoft 365 tenant at a time, so it must first be removed from the existing tenant before it can be added to the new one.

If you have access to the old tenant, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center as a Global Administrator, go to Settings > Domains, and remove ***.com.au after ensuring no users, mailboxes, groups, distribution lists, Teams, or admin accounts are still using that domain. Once removed, you can return to the new tenant and add the domain again.

If you do not have access to the old tenant, please try resetting the admin password for the administrator account shown in the message. If the tenant is unmanaged, you may be able to perform an internal admin takeover. If the tenant is managed and you cannot access it, Microsoft Support will need to assist with the domain release process.

If the issue persists, I recommend you raising a support ticket for further assistance. Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can refer it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction.
