    Hi @moo gomaa

This error typically occurs when Excel's calculation engine runs out of available memory or becomes overwhelmed by complex formulas and calculations. Please verify the following things:

    1. Check whether you are using 32-bit or 64-bit Excel

Open Excel and go to File > Account > About Excel.

At the top of the About window, confirm whether Excel is 32-bit or 64-bit.

    1. Review formulas that reference entire columns

Please check whether any formulas reference full columns (for example, A:A, B:B, etc.).

Functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, array formulas, and other calculation-intensive formulas can consume significant resources when applied to entire columns.

Where possible, replace full-column references with specific ranges (for example, A1:A5000).

    1. If the workbook cannot be opened

    Open a blank workbook first.

Go to Formulas > Calculation Options > Manual > Close Excel.

Then open the affected workbook and see if the error still appears.

Please try and let me know, I look forward to your update.
