the review time depends on the country, number type, and the completeness of the regulatory documentation, so there isn't a fixed SLA that applies to every request. If it's been longer than the expected processing time and the verification status hasn't changed & If this verification is blocking ur deployment, it's also worth opening an Azure support request so the team can check whether the application is still under review or if it's waiting on additional information. Only the ACS phone numbers team can see the backend status of the verification request.
