A family of Microsoft relational database management systems designed for ease of use.
Hi Joseph,
Thank you for reaching out.
You may be able to request a refund for Microsoft Access purchased from the Microsoft Store; however, eligibility is subject to Microsoft's digital product refund policy. Please note that digital products, such as apps, are not always eligible for a refund unless permitted by the offer terms or applicable local laws. If a refund request is eligible, processing may take up to 72 hours
For more information, please refer to: Get a refund for apps and games purchased from Microsoft Store | Microsoft Support
To submit a refund request:
- Visit your Microsoft Order History:
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
- Sign in with the Microsoft account used to purchase Access.
- Locate your Microsoft Access order.
- Select Request a refund or Manage order (if available).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
As a forum moderator, I’m unable to access or review your purchase details, billing records, or refund eligibility. If you do not see a refund option in your Order History, please go to Contact - Microsoft Support directly so that the appropriate billing team can review your case securely.
I hope this helps clarify the refund process. If you need any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Thank you, and have a great day.
