Hi Hashem Moradi,
I understand how frustrating this situation can be. Being able to sign in to your Microsoft account does not always mean that security-sensitive actions, such as changing your password or security information, are immediately available.
To better understand your situation, could you clarify:
- Is this a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, etc.) or a work/school account?
- What exact message do you receive when attempting to change the password?
If Microsoft detects that your security information was recently changed or replaced, a 30-day security waiting period may be applied to help protect the account from unauthorized changes. During that time, you may still be able to sign in and use some account features, but password or security setting changes can be restricted.
Please check whether you're seeing a message about a security info update or a waiting period when you try to change your password.
