    Use this checklist:

    1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
      • If multiple accounts exist, the certification may be under a different personal Microsoft account or work/school account.
      • If the exam was registered while signed into the wrong account, the credential can appear on that other profile.
    2. Check the correct location in Learn.
      • Go to the Learn profile and open Credentials in the left menu.
      • Select the Certifications tab.
      • To see full history, open Transcript in the left menu. The transcript includes active certifications, exams passed, Applied Skills credentials, and completed training.
    3. Confirm the certification requirements were fully completed.
      • If the certification requires two or more exams, the certificate is not available until the final required exam is passed.
    4. If multiple Learn profiles were created, merge them if eligible.
      • A profile merge can combine learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from both profiles.
      • Merging cannot be undone.
      • In Learn profile account management, choose add login account. If that login account is tied to another Learn profile, it triggers a merge.
    5. If the certification was earned through Certiport, it may not appear in Learn yet.
      • Manage and share those credentials through the Certiport account until integration is completed.
    6. If older certifications are missing, some legacy certifications have aged out and are no longer available in customer Learn profiles.
    7. If the certification is still missing, contact Credentials Support.
      • When submitting a case, include the Learn Username and screenshots of the issue.
      • Credentials support is provided through email.
