Microsoft Forms - Power Automate

I have a form that collects data from users about when they want to schedule appointments and once an appointment is scheduled an event is created in a shared calendar and emails of confirmation are sent. I was wondering if there is a way to create a flow where rescheduling and cancelling appointments are handled. For e.g.: If somebody wants to reschedule, I want the form to be able to prefill some of the data based on an ID (entered by the user) (unique to each entry) and the flow should be able to edit/update the email/event created in outlook.

Thank you
