    Hello JOE Alvaro,

I understand that you were told your IP address was blacklisted after several unsuccessful password-change attempts. However, it is not yet clear whether the Microsoft account is temporarily locked, Comcast/Xfinity has blocked the connection, or an email-sending IP has been listed.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot inspect or remove an account or IP restriction.

Could you provide the following details?

    1. The exact message or code shown, with personal information hidden.
    2. Whether the issue occurs when signing in through a web browser, or only in Outlook 2013.
    3. Whether the affected address is an Outlook.com/Hotmail account or a Comcast/Xfinity address added to Outlook.

If the message says that the password was entered too many times, use the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper. This is different from a sender-IP block, which normally appears in a returned email with a code such as 550 5.7.x.

Please share the redacted message so the correct support path can be identified.
