Is MSN Email blocking emails from ******@t.malwarebytes.com

I cannot receive emails from "******@t.malwarebytes.com" to my MSN email address "PII Removed by ******@msn.com". I've added that address to my safe sender and receiver lists and I have not blocked it. The vendor, MalwareBytes software company insists that it is a safe address, domain and site. I cannot log into my MalwareBytes online account without getting a Verification Code from this email address.

Can you help?

    Hi Mike Niesen,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how urgent this is, especially because you need the verification code to access your Malwarebytes account.

Since this is a public community forum, we do not have access to backend delivery logs or mailbox filtering systems, so we cannot confirm whether MSN/Outlook.com is blocking that specific sender from our side.

    Please try the following checks:

    • Sign in to Outlook.com on the web and check Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, and the Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled.
    • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email, then make sure ******@t.malwarebytes.com, t.malwarebytes.com, and malwarebytes.com are not listed under Blocked senders and domains.
    • Add both ******@t.malwarebytes.com and malwarebytes.com to Safe senders and domains.
    • Check Settings > Mail > Rules to make sure no rule is moving, deleting, or forwarding messages from Malwarebytes.
    • Please also ask Malwarebytes whether their system receives any bounce-back or delivery error when sending to your MSN address.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
