Microsoft 365 Developer Program: Profile dashboard remains blank after signing in

I created a new Microsoft account and attempted to access the Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile page:

https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/profile

After signing in, the page loads, but the Developer Program dashboard is completely blank. Only the page header and footer are displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Sign in with a newly created Microsoft account.
  2. Open the Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile page.
  3. The dashboard content does not appear.

Expected result: The Developer Program dashboard or registration process should be displayed.

Actual result: The main content area is blank.

I tested the page using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome on Windows, but the issue persists. I have also attached a screenshot.

Is there an additional registration step I am missing, or is there another way to resolve this issue?

    Hi @Ziad Elshereif

Based on your description and the screenshot, it doesn't appear that you're missing an additional registration step. The page should normally display either the Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard (if you're already enrolled) or the registration flow for new users. A completely blank content area while the header and footer load suggests that the page itself is loading, but the application responsible for rendering the dashboard is not.

While testing, I was able to reproduce similar behavior. After clearing the cookies for developer.microsoft.com, the page initially displayed only the header and footer, similar to your screenshot. Refreshing the page (F5) after accepting the cookie consent prompt allowed the dashboard to load normally. I also observed the same behavior on a new device before accepting the cookie consent. Once the cookies were accepted and the page was refreshed, the Developer Program content loaded as expected.

Although this may not be the cause in your case, it's worth trying the following:

    • Make sure you've accepted the cookie consent banner if it appears.
    • Refresh the page (F5) after accepting the cookies.
    • If you've previously cleared your browser data, try removing only the cookies for developer.microsoft.com, sign in again, and reload the page.
    • Try an InPrivate/Incognito window with all browser extensions disabled.

Please know that while our initial response might not resolve the issue right away, your input is incredibly valuable. With a bit more detail, we’ll work together to find the best solution for you.
