    Hi Rebecca Easton,

I understand how inconvenient it is when password changes appear on one device but not another.

First, please update Edge on both devices. On the Android phone, open Edge > Settings > your profile > Sync and confirm that Passwords is enabled. On the laptop, open Edge > Settings > Profiles > Sync, then select Re-sync data to this device. Microsoft recommends this when browser data is not updating correctly across devices.

Also, please note that editing a password inside Microsoft Password Manager only changes the saved entry. It does not change the actual password on the website, so both must match.

Please avoid deleting or reinstalling Edge on the phone until you have confirmed that the correct passwords are safely available on the laptop. Thank you for your understanding.

No worries. To sync passwords - anything, really - with your phone, all devices must be signed in to the same Microsoft account and must be syncing to that account. Sometimes a manual refresh (close, reopen) can speed things along.
