Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
Hi Andrew,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
To help me better assist you, please check the following information:
- Does the issue also occur when you use Outlook on the web version?
- Please try using a mobile hotspot connection instead of Wi-Fi and check whether the issue persists.
- Please verify whether your account has been assigned a license.
Note: The steps below must be performed by your tenant administrator. If you are not an administrator, please contact your organization's IT department for assistance.
Step 1: Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Step 2: Select Users > Active users, then locate your account.
Step 3: Select Licenses and apps. Under the Apps section, look for Exchange Online.
Please check whether Exchange Online is enabled. If it is not enabled, select the checkbox to enable it, wait about 5 minutes, and then check whether the issue has been resolved.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to continuing the conversation.
