Thanks for the support. i have been able to resolve the issue. Fortunately one of my subfolders retained the outlook setting i preferred, so i had it applied to all folders

Outlook does not provide a way yet to roll back application settings to a specific past date.

When you say you want the Outlook settings restored to July 14, 2026, what specifically changed? For example, did the Outlook view/layout change (folder pane, reading pane, message list, columns, favorites, or calendar view), or are you referring to other settings such as rules, signatures, or categories?
