After scanning the Qr code, I clicked on the link and type the code normally. However, it showed "Không xác minh được, vui lòng quét mã lại" in English means "Verification failed, please scan the code again". I had tried many methods like restarting my phone or even deleted bing app but it still showed the same sentencesHow do I fix it? And by the way, please don't ban my account if I try a lot of attempts because I'm afraid of being banned for keeping redeeming the rewards while the verification failed

    Hi Giang Nguyễn,

Thank you for providing those details. Since you have already tried restarting your phone and reinstalling the Bing app, the issue may be related to the verification session, account verification process or a network-related restriction.

To help narrow this down, could you confirm whether you are redeeming the reward from the Microsoft Rewards website in a browser or directly through the Bing app? Please also check that the Bing app is signed in with the same Microsoft account being used for Microsoft Rewards redemption, as QR code verification requires the same account on both sides.

You may also want to start a completely new redemption attempt so that a fresh QR code is generated, then scan the new code immediately. Verification sessions can expire, which may result in the "Verification failed, please scan the code again" message even when the code is entered correctly.

If you are using a VPN, proxy service, Private DNS or any network filtering software, try temporarily disabling it and test again. It may also help to switch to a different network, such as mobile data instead of Wi‑Fi, or vice versa. It's also recommended trying a different browser, device or network when QR code verification does not complete successfully.

Regarding your concern about account restrictions, it is generally recommended to avoid making a large number of verification attempts within a short period. If you have already tried multiple times, consider waiting for a while before attempting the verification again.

If the issue persists after trying the steps above, I recommend contacting Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance, as they can review the verification failure and the associated error reference. You can submit a request through Microsoft Rewards Support.

If available, please share any additional details regarding the redemption attempt and verification process.
