    Hi ManojKumarUthirapathy-6829,

I understand how confusing it can be to see an “Access Denied” message when trying to open an official Microsoft page.

Could you please confirm whether this happens only with the Microsoft Privacy Statement page or also with other Microsoft websites? Also, does the error page display a reference number near the bottom?

In the meantime, please try the following:

    • Open the current Microsoft Privacy Statement directly. Make sure the address begins with https:// and does not include extra characters such as ".
    • Open an InPrivate window in Edge by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, then try the link again.
    • Temporarily turn off any VPN or proxy connection and reload the page.
    • Try a different network, such as a mobile hotspot. This can help determine whether the issue is related to the current network or IP address.
    • In Edge, open edge://settings/help to check for updates, then restart the browser.

If the page works in InPrivate mode or on another network, please let us know which one worked. While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
