    Hi Endalamaw Nurie Anagaw,

Since the mouse is reported as unavailable for connection and an error appears when pairing, the issue may be related to the wireless connection method or the device not being properly detected by Windows.

    As a quick check:

    1. If the mouse uses a USB receiver, unplug the receiver, restart the PC, and connect it to a different USB port.
    2. If it is a Bluetooth mouse, remove the mouse from Settings > Bluetooth & devices, then put the mouse back into pairing mode and add it again.
    3. Open Device Manager and check whether the Bluetooth adapter or USB device has a warning icon. If so, uninstall the device and restart Windows to allow it to reinstall automatically.
    4. Confirm the mouse has fresh batteries or is fully charged.

If the issue continues, please share more information as suggested by the Independent Advisor that will help identify the most appropriate next step.
