Hello Ole Slupphaug,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
I understand that you are having challenges with codeblocks not rendering in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
If full code blocks are not rendering and remain stuck as loading placeholders. This points to a Copilot client-side rendering or service-side UI issue, not a prompt, license, or ordinary cache problem.
The reliable way to solve it, is to:
- Confirm there is no active Microsoft 365 Copilot incident in Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health.
- Reproduce the issue in a clean Microsoft Edge InPrivate session with extensions disabled and third-party cookies allowed.
- Test the same prompt in another supported browser, another device, and another network.
- Validate that your proxy, firewall, SSL inspection, DLP, CASB, DNS filtering, or browser security extensions are not blocking Microsoft 365 Copilot web assets.
- Update Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, Windows, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
- If the issue still reproduces in a clean browser and alternate network, raise a Microsoft 365 support case and include screenshots, timestamps, affected user account, browser version, WebView2 version, HAR file, and browser console errors.
After the clean-browser and alternate-network tests, if the code block still does not render, the issue should be treated as a Microsoft 365 Copilot product/service investigation, because the response is being generated but the code-block renderer is failing to complete. Microsoft 365 Copilot requires supported browsers, required network endpoints, licensed users, Entra ID accounts, and Microsoft 365 app readiness, so the isolation test must focus on rendering assets and service health rather than repeating basic access checks. - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/copilot/microsoft-365-copilot-requirements, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/copilot/microsoft-365-copilot-minimum-requirements
