    Hi Jack,

Let's find out if the problem is with Microsoft or Ubisoft. Try these quick steps:

    • Send a test email: Send a message to that alias from an entirely different email account (like a Gmail).
    • If it arrives: Your inbox is working. The issue is on Ubisoft's end, and you need to contact them directly to update your account.
    • If it fails: Your alias is not active. Go to Your info > Manage how you sign in to Microsoft to confirm it is actually listed there.
    • Check folders: Look in your Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Rules settings for the missing Ubisoft codes.

    Hi Jack Marti,

EmilyS726 asked an important question about the type of alias that was removed. I would like to add some information to help identify whether this concerns Outlook.com or Ubisoft.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access the account or trace message delivery.

    1. Send a test message to the re-added alias from an unrelated email account.
    2. If the test message arrives but the Ubisoft verification message does not, update the email address directly in the Ubisoft account. Changing or re-adding a Microsoft alias does not automatically update the address registered with Ubisoft.
    3. If no test messages arrive, sign in to Outlook.com and confirm that the address is listed under Your info > Manage how you sign in to Microsoft. All active aliases on the same Microsoft account should use the same Outlook.com inbox. See Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com.

Also check Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Settings > Mail > Rules for messages addressed to that alias.

I hope this helps distinguish an Outlook.com delivery issue from a Ubisoft account-verification issue.
